📄 Distance Sales Agreement (Camping Services)

1️⃣ Parties

This contract has been prepared to be approved in a digital environment between the Campmatik Organization, which offers camping and holiday organizations, and the BUYER, who purchases events and services.

2️⃣ Topic

🎒 This contract covers the provision of services and the obligations of the parties regarding the camping, holiday and domestic/international tour reservations made by the BUYER through the website www.campmatik.com.

3️⃣ Service and Payment

💳 The BUYER accepts that he/she will pay the price of the camp/tour service he/she will participate in online.

• Name/Surname

• Phone number

• Email address

• TR ID Number (For overseas tours)

• Passport information (For overseas tours)

• Date of birth (For overseas tours)

• Information is collected as required by law. This information is used only in official transactions and is kept confidential.

4️⃣ Cancellation – Right of Withdrawal

⏳ First 24 Hours:
The BUYER has the right to cancel within 24 hours after making the reservation without giving any reason. The fee will be refunded.

🚫 Reservations made less than 3 days before the event cannot be cancelled.

🔄 In case of non-participation, the payment can be used for another event within 1 year.

5️⃣ Other Provisions

📌 Campmatik reserves the right to transfer the event to any person it wishes or to change the date in case of unavailability of the event.

⚖️ In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the BUYER are competent.

📅 The contract comes into force with the online approval of the BUYER.

📦 Distance Sales Contract (Product Sale)

🛍️ This section is valid for camping equipment, accessories and outdoor products sold through campmatik.com.

1️⃣ Order and Payment

BUYER reads the product descriptions, places his order and makes online payment.

📦 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER unless otherwise stated.

2️⃣ Delivery

📬 Products will be delivered within 30 days from the date of order. Delivery time may vary depending on the regional planning of the courier company.

3️⃣ Right of Withdrawal

🔁 The BUYER may withdraw from the contract by returning the product within 14 days from delivery.
For returns, the product must be unopened, unused and with its invoice.

❗️The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Products requiring hygiene (water bottles, underwear, etc.)

• Products that lose value after use

• Custom made items

4️⃣ Default and Dispute

💥 If the BUYER falls into payment default, the provisions of the bank and credit card agreement come into effect.
💼 Expenses that may arise during the legal process are the responsibility of the BUYER.

📌 Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized for all disputes.

📍 This contract comes into force when the BUYER approves the payment online.
